BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS 

RUNNING LATE/CANCELLATIONS

We know that life sometime gets in the way.  That's why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to appointments.  Unfortunately if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to see you as this could impact on the next client. So as to offer you the maximum flexibility, please do call if you are running late, so we can try and accommodate you as best we can.  

CANCELLATIONS - A standard 50% deposit will be required on booking.  If less than 48 hours notice for a cancellation, this will incur a charge of 50% deposit fee.  Unfortunately, this fee is to protect the business in going forward in the economic times we are all faced with.  

ON ARRIVAL FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT - IF YOU ARRIVE TOO EARLY, PLEASE WAIT IN THE SEATING AREA OR IN YOUR CAR.  

BOOKINGS/PAYMENTS ETC

When booking on line, please note there is a 50% deposit to pay via the website when you book your appointment.  A confirmation email of your deposit will be forwarded to you, the remainder will be charged at your appointment. 

CHILDREN UNDER 14

Discretionary, depending on treatment booked.     

PARKING

There are customer parking bays - "top tip"  please reverse into parking bay.  

SALON TREATMENTS 

PATCH TESTS - By law some treatments require patch tests 48 hours before your treatment.  No patch test will result in no treatment. 

CONTACT LENSES - Please note that some eye treatments eg lash lifting will require you to be contact-lense free, please ensure you have your prescription glasses with you.  

CONSULTATIONS & AFTERCARE Please note that it is essential that you fill in a consultation form on your first new treatment and we will advise you to  follow the aftercare both written and verbal.  Please advise your therapist if there has been any changes in medication or health that could affect your treatment since your last consultation.  

DATA PROTECTION - GDPR 

All information and records are kept in accordance with GDPR and are only for the purpose of recording your relevant treatments as required by insurance.  Your information will not be passed to any third party and can only be accessed by staff members of Creating Beauty for the recording of treatments booked.   In accordance with GDPR, all consultations are kept in a locked filing cabinet.   A copy of the terms and conditions will be presented to you for signature at your first appointment.

Customer Statement 

(A copy of the  terms and conditions can be given to you on your first booking and can be signed then).  This is for your information.

I understand that you may store sensitive personal data about me, including medical conditions, personal information and the results of tests and treatments as considered necessary for my well-being. By law I understand that records are kept for a period of 7 years” .
